SENTIO VR is looking for a self driven Customer Success Executive to manage customer renewals, follow-ups, and engagement across our global customer base including top-tier Architecture, Engineering & Construction firms like KPF, BIG Architects, Trimark along with 100+ firms in 40+ countries. This is an autonomous, individual contributor role - ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with customers via email and calls. Key Responsibilities Manage all customer renewals and ensure timely follow-ups and reminders. Communicate directly with customers through email, CRM, and short video or phone calls. Monitor customer usage and reach out to inactive accounts to drive engagement. Support onboarding for new customers and ensure early activation success. Run reactivation campaigns for canceled or inactive accounts. Maintain CRM records, organize renewal data, and report progress weekly. What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS Support. Excellent written and spoken English. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using CRM and workflow tools (HubSpot, Stripe, Postman ) Self-starter who can manage multiple accounts and communicate effectively with global clients. Bonus: exposure to architecture, design, or 3D visualization tools (e.g., Revit, SketchUp, Enscape). It's a role that is not limited to a specific time zone/region. You start at 3 PM IST and then can move across EMEA to the US, to get the highest wins.
