We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Lead - someone who’s equal parts strategist, storyteller and trend-watcher, to help us grow our brand presence and drive sales through smart, engaging, and emotionally resonant campaigns. We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator who is also a Graphic Designer to join our core team and grow with us. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Coordinator, located in Gurugram. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content for our social media platforms, monitoring and analyzing social media metrics and engaging with our online community. Day-to-day tasks include: Own social media strategy, content calendar, and daily posting across Instagram and other platforms. Design and produce high-quality visual content (posts, reels, stories, ad creatives) aligned with our brand aesthetic. Stay on top of trending content formats, sounds, memes, and social ad strategies. Work closely with the founder and marketing manager to shape brand storytelling, voice, and community engagement. What we are looking for: 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar). Strong eye for aesthetic detail and brand consistency — our visuals are a key part of our luxury feel. Solid understanding of Instagram, Meta ads, and creator trends. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. Passion for beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a big plus.
