Senior Web / Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate for this position should have 1-3 years of relevant experience and should be located in Kolkata. As a graduate with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Graphic & Web Designing, you are expected to be highly creative and capable of thinking outside the box. Your responsibilities will include designing, producing, and testing multiple creative concepts and landing pages for portals. You should be proficient in developing and designing creative web interfaces, web pages, layouts, and animations with a focus on browser compatibility. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating attractive web templates, designing websites using tools like Photoshop, Flash, and CSS, as well as producing flyers, brochures, banners, leaflets, and logos. To excel in this role, you must be highly skilled in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Flash, Photoshop, jQuery, CorelDraw, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, table-less layouts, responsive website pages, and Sound Forge. The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required, along with an open-minded approach and a team player mentality. A Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (Visual Communication/Applied Arts) is preferred. In this position, you will need hands-on experience in Mobile UI Design, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Dreamweaver, Web Design, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, and responsive web design. Your designs should be creative and user-friendly to meet the clients" business needs effectively. Your responsibilities will involve interpreting clients" business needs and developing design concepts to align with their objectives. Demonstrating illustrative skills through rough sketches and aesthetics, building and maintaining reusable templates, and collaborating with Account Managers and clients to plan online marketing activities are key aspects of the role. A proactive attitude towards completing tasks, both independently and within a team, is highly valued. The ideal candidate should have expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Proficiency in Adobe Dreamweaver and a strong command of the English language are essential. A good working experience in designing website templates, design coding, and converting designs to CSS-based layouts will be beneficial.
