Senior Warehouse Executive

Department: Warehouse & Supply Chain Reports To: Inventory Supervisor / Warehouse Manager

Job Purpose: To maintain accurate physical and system inventory of finished products, SKD components, spare parts and packaging materials at the Bhiwandi warehouse, ensuring proper reconciliation and stock control.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Reconciliation

• Maintain daily stock records for inward receipts, outward dispatches, transfers and returns.
• Reconcile physical stock against Excel, ERP or WMS inventory records.
• Report shortages, excess stock, incorrect entries and stock mismatches.
• Conduct cycle counts and support monthly physical stock audits.

Warehouse Organisation

• Maintain SKU-wise location mapping and bin identification.
• Ensure stock is stored in designated areas with proper labelling.
• Implement barcode-based inward, picking and outward processes as adopted by the company.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable.

Stock Monitoring

• Maintain reorder levels and alert supervisors regarding replenishment requirements.
• Prepare SKU-wise stock ageing and non-moving inventory reports.
• Track damaged stock, defective products, rework items and scrap separately.
• Maintain packaging materials and spare parts consumption registers.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily inward, outward and closing stock MIS.
• Coordinate with dispatch, assembly, procurement and customer service teams.
• Monitor RTV inward inventory, stock transfers and stock adjustments.
• Ensure stock movements are recorded with proper supporting documentation.
• Assist in identifying reasons for excess inventory, slow movers and discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com / BBA / Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2–4 years of inventory or warehouse experience.
• Strong Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and stock reconciliation.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS and barcode scanning systems.
• Experience in consumer electronics, appliances or e-commerce warehousing preferred.

KPIs: Inventory accuracy, daily reconciliation closure, stock discrepancy rate, audit compliance, location accuracy and stock reporting timeliness.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
