Senior User Experience Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences and support solutions. The role involves working on AI-powered tools, conversational interfaces, and human-assisted support solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong UX design expertise, excellent Figma skills, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end design workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end UX design activities, from understanding user requirements to delivering final design solutions.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for digital products and platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Design conversational experiences for AI-powered chatbots and human-assisted support systems.
• Simplify complex user journeys and workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experiences.
• Translate business requirements and user insights into effective design solutions.
• Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across different user touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–8+ years of professional experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Figma.
• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and user journey mapping.
• Proven experience independently managing end-to-end UX design projects.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability practices.
• Experience designing complex workflows and digital products.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing relevant UX projects is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Conversational Design, Service Design, or AI-powered user experiences.
• Exposure to AI tools such as Claude AI and other AI-driven platforms.
• Experience designing chatbot interfaces, conversational workflows, or customer support solutions.
• Experience working in large-scale technology or product-based organizations.
