Experience: 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior leadership positions in the USA. 2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. 3. Skills: - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies. - Strong understanding of the USA job market and recruitment trends. - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. 4.
