We're seeking an experienced Senior Leader Recruiting Manager to lead our USA recruiting team in India. Job Summary: We're looking for a seasoned recruiting professional to lead our senior leadership recruitment efforts for USA-based clients. The Senior Leader Recruiting Manager will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and building relationships with top-tier clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies for senior leadership positions in the USA, in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. 2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional performance. 3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients in the USA, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions. 4. Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies, leveraging networks, job boards, and social media to attract top talent. 5. Interview Processes: Design and manage interview processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and effective evaluation of candidate fit. 6. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, providing insights to clients and internal stakeholders. 7. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to optimize recruitment strategies. Requirements: 1. Experience: 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on senior leadership positions in the USA. 2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. 3. Skills: - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Proven ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies. - Strong understanding of the USA job market and recruitment trends. - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. 4.
