Job Requirements

• 3-8 years of relevant experience in website design, digital experience design, web UI/UX, or a closely related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating

  website design, landing pages, responsive web experiences, and complex user journeys

• Strong hands-on expertise in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and reusable design components.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design, interaction patterns, accessibility, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience independently taking web design projects from brief and problem definition through final design and delivery.
• Ability to translate complex SaaS, AI, technology, and marketing propositions into clear, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences.
• Experience collaborating with developers and reviewing live or staging builds for design accuracy and quality.
• Ability to interpret ambiguous briefs, understand business objectives, and translate them into effective design solutions.

• Strong visual design skills are essential

Key Responsibilities

1. Website & Landing Page Design

• Own website and landing-page design projects from initial brief and problem definition through final delivery.
• Design visually compelling, intuitive, and responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Translate marketing objectives, content, and complex technology propositions into clear and engaging digital experiences.
• Balance usability, visual quality, brand consistency, and conversion objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to improve page structure, messaging presentation, and calls to action.

2. UX & Interaction Design

• Develop information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for websites and landing pages.
• Simplify complex business and technology propositions into intuitive digital journeys for different audiences.
• Apply strong UX principles, interaction patterns, accessibility standards, and responsive design practices.
• Use user behaviour, performance data, and stakeholder feedback to identify and implement design improvements.

3. Visual Design & Design Systems

• Apply strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and interaction design across digital experiences.
• Build and maintain reusable components, page templates, and website design systems.
• Ensure consistency across websites, landing pages, and other digital brand touchpoints.
• Maintain high standards of visual quality and brand expression across all deliverables.

4. Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with Marketing, Content, and Development teams to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Present design concepts, recommendations, and rationale to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers and review implemented pages to ensure design fidelity, responsiveness, and quality before launch.
• Independently manage projects, priorities, and iterations from brief through final delivery.

5. Design Leadership & AI

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving digital design standards and practices across the creative team.
• Explore and apply AI tools for research, content structuring, wireframing, prototyping, design exploration, and repetitive design tasks.
• Use AI to improve design efficiency and experimentation without compromising visual quality or user experience.

Good to Have

• Experience designing websites and digital experiences for B2B SaaS, technology, MarTech, or AI companies.
• Experience with complex, content-rich websites serving enterprise audiences.
• Experience building and maintaining website design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Familiarity with website analytics, conversion optimisation, and performance-led design improvements.
• Hands-on experience incorporating AI into design workflows.
