Senior Test Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and develop automation testing solutions for DataCom networks, including Layer 2, Layer 3, and Layer 4-7 protocols.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.Configure and deploy automation testing solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials.Stay up-to-date with the latest automation testing tools and techniques for DataCom networks, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.

Skills Requirements:

Strong understanding of testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, and Shell.Expertise in network protocols and network testing tools.Experience in automation testing of networking products.Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help employees grow and develop professionally and focus on Career Management.

8-10 years of work experience in relevant field
B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
