Senior Test Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute manual testing plans for life insurance products to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and provide detailed bug reports for resolution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, scripts, and documentation for various product features.
• Analyze data from test runs to identify trends and areas for improvement in the testing process.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in manual testing of life insurance products or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of general insurance concepts and regulations (desirable).
• Proficiency in creating detailed bug reports using industry-standard tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
