Role: Senior Tender Executive Responsibilities: Tender Management: Oversee the entire tender process, including the preparation, submission, and follow-up of bids and proposals. Documentation: Prepare and review tender documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with client requirements and industry standards. Cost Estimation: Conduct detailed cost analysis and estimation to ensure bids are competitive and profitable. Client Interaction: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements, address queries, and negotiate terms as needed. Compliance: Ensure all bids meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform bid preparation and strategy. Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including HR, finance, and operations, to gather necessary information and support the tender process. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of tenders and produce regular reports on bid status, outcomes, and market insights. Additional Requirements: Immediate availability preferred for this role. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
