Experience: 10+ YearsLevel: Project Lead / Technical Lead Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Tableau Developer / Project Lead with 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, SQL, and Analytics. The candidate should have strong hands on expertise in Tableau and SQL, along with experience leading BI development initiatives, managing technical delivery, interacting with stakeholders, and mentoring BI developers. Candidates with experience in Power BI and/or Oracle BI Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) will be preferred.Key Technical Skills Must Have . 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics. . Strong hands on experience in Tableau development. . Strong expertise in SQL, including complex queries, CTEs, subqueries, analytical functions, stored procedures, and query optimization. . Experience designing and developing enterprise level Tableau dashboards and reports. . Strong understanding of: Tableau Desktop Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud Tableau Extracts LOD Expressions Parameters and Sets Calculated Fields Dashboard Actions Performance Optimization . Strong understanding of data modeling and dimensional modeling. . Experience working with large volume datasets. . Experience in BI application development and production support. . Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. . Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.Preferred / Good to Have Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will be preferred: . Microsoft Power BI Power BI Desktop Power BI Service DAX Power Query Data modeling Report and dashboard development Performance optimization . Oracle BI Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) / Oracle Analytics OBIEE dashboards and reports RPD development BI Publisher Subject Areas Logical/Physical data models OBIEE performance tuning Migration from OBIEE to modern BI platforms . Experience working across multiple BI platforms, particularly Tableau, Power BI, and OBIEE. . Experience in BI modernization or migration projects, such as: OBIEE Tableau OBIEE Power BI Legacy BI Modern BI platforms . Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Databricks, or BigQuery. . Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data engineering concepts. . Python or scripting experience. . Exposure to AI/GenAI enabled analytics.Leadership & Project Lead Responsibilities . Lead a team of BI developers and provide technical guidance. . Own end to end delivery of BI initiatives. . Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. . Define technical architecture and development approaches. . Conduct design, code, SQL, and dashboard reviews. . Estimate development effort and prepare delivery plans. . Manage technical risks, dependencies, and issues. . Coordinate with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, and business stakeholders. . Mentor team members and establish BI development best practices. . Ensure quality, performance, security, and maintainability of BI solutions. . Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive sprint level technical delivery. . Candidates who have worked across Tableau + Power BI + OBIEE environments, particularly in enterprise BI modernization, migration, or large scale reporting programs, will be highly relevant.
