Senior Software Asset Management SAM Pro Consultant Lead

Key Responsibilities

SAM Pro License Management

Lead endtoend Software Asset Management processes in ServiceNow SAM Pro

Execute and govern Effective License Position ELP assessments across major software publishers

Drive software reconciliation activities and remediation plans

Identify cost avoidance optimization and license reclamation opportunities

Strategic Thought Partnership

Act as an advisor to Operations and Platform leadership

Drive discussions with Product Owners Application Managers Finance Procurement and Vendor Management teams

Develop software lifecycle governance frameworks and operating models

Influence roadmap decisions through datadriven insights and industry best practices

Process Governance

Establish and improve SAM operating procedures KPIs and governance controls

Create executive dashboards compliance scorecards and management reports

Define ownership models RACI frameworks and lifecycle processes

Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve data quality
