Job Requirements

"We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience to build high-performance, responsive, and scalable web applications. In this role, you will work closely with our UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate complex designs into seamless digital experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, along with hands-on production experience using React and Next.js. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, UX designers, and product managers to translate complex visual and functional requirements into fast, secure, and accessible user experiences. "Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience specializing in web frontend development. Core Web Technologies: Mastery of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS. Experience with TypeScript is strongly preferred. React Ecosystem: Deep understanding of React fundamentals (Hooks, Context, Lifecycle, Custom Hooks, Component Patterns). Next.js Proficiency: Proven hands-on experience with Next.js (App Router or Pages Router), including SSR, SSG, Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), API routes, and built-in routing/image optimization. Styling & UI Frameworks: Proficiency with modern styling approaches like Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, Styled Components, or UI libraries (Shadcn UI, MUI, Chakra UI). State & Data Management: Experience with state management tools and data fetching libraries like React Query (TanStack Query), SWR, or Axios. Tooling & Version Control: Git workflow proficiency (branching, PR reviews) and experience with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack, Turbopack). "Familiarity with web performance optimization tools (Lighthouse, Web Vitals, Chrome DevTools). Experience with automated testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress). Understanding of Web Accessibility (WCAG / A11y) standards and SEO best practices. Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or modern hosting platforms like Vercel or AWS. "
