We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in C#/.NET, .NET MAUI, and Blazor to build and modernize enterprise healthcare applications. You will take end-to-end ownership of complex mobile and web solutions, making technical decisions that drive performance, scalability, and reliability. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can independently navigate technical challenges, drive solutions from design through production, and contribute to raising engineering standards across the team.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise mobile applications using C#, .NET MAUI, XAML, and Blazor Hybrid, delivering intuitive, responsive, and reliable user experiences.
• Build and enhance mobile UI components, application workflows, and business logic, ensuring usability, performance, and consistency across iOS and Android platforms.
• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API (.NET Framework) and ASP.NET Core Web API (.NET Core / modern .NET) to support mobile application functionality and integration with enterprise systems.
• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database interactions to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing across large-scale databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across mobile applications, backend services, and databases, with a focus on application performance, stability, and reliability.
• Contribute to mobile application architecture and technical design, applying best practices in MVVM, object-oriented programming, dependency injection, and reusable components.
• Take ownership of mobile application quality, testing, releases to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and production support, proactively addressing application errors, performance issues, and customer-reported defects.

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and deliver high-quality features.

• Experience developing and maintaining mobile applications using Xamarin Forms, including Xamarin to .NET MAUI migration experience.
• Experience developing mobile applications using .NET MAUI Blazor Hybrid, including Blazor components, UI development, and integration with native mobile capabilities.
• Experience with web-based Blazor applications and reusable Blazor components shared between web and mobile applications.
• Experience implementing offline-first mobile applications, local data storage using SQLite, and data synchronization strategies.

In your first 6–12 months, success in this role will mean independently delivering high-quality mobile application features and backend enhancements, demonstrating strong technical expertise across .NET MAUI, C#, and SQL Server. You will take ownership of application performance, reliability, and production issues while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and contributing to continuous improvement in engineering practices.
