REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java full-stack application development.
• Strong experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience using AI/Generative AI technologies in software development and engineering workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based full-stack applications.
• Develop scalable REST APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive frontend components using Angular.
• Leverage AI/GenAI capabilities to improve application functionality, developer productivity, automation, and engineering efficiency.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/LLM-based solutions into applications where appropriate.
• Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code.
• Develop unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot application, performance, and production issues.
• Collaborate with business, QA, architecture, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
• Participate in technical design, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Support CI/CD and application deployments across environments.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
