Job Description – Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack | Angular + .NET)

Experience: 6–8 Years

Role Type: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Primary Tech Stack: Angular + .NET

Work Model: Internal Product Team (Non-Client-Facing)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Angular and .NET technologies.
Build responsive and scalable frontend interfaces using Angular.
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using ASP.NET Core.
Implement and consume RESTful APIs for application integrations.
Collaborate with UI/UX engineers to translate design specifications into production-ready interfaces.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following established coding standards.
Optimize application performance and ensure system scalability.
Design and maintain database structures and write optimized SQL queries.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across development and production environments.
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and system architecture.

Core Technical Skills

Frontend Development

Strong hands-on experience with Angular
Experience with:
Angular components and services
RxJS and reactive programming
State management concepts
Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Experience building responsive and accessible UI

Backend Development

Strong experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
Experience building scalable Web APIs
Understanding of microservices architecture
Strong knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns

Database

Experience with SQL-based databases (SQL Server preferred)
Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries
Experience with Entity Framework / EF Core
Understanding of database design and performance optimization

Integration & Platform Development

Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
Familiarity with distributed systems and service integrations

Tools & DevOps Awareness

Experience with Git / GitHub
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS preferred)
Familiarity with debugging and performance monitoring tools

Engineering Mindset

Strong focus on clean architecture and maintainable code
Ability to understand and work within scalable platform architectures
Ownership mindset for features and components
Strong problem-solving and analytical skill
Continuous learner who stays updated with modern development practices

Collaboration & Team Expectations

Work closely with Tech Leads, Architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Provide technical input during design and architecture discussions.
Support knowledge sharing and mentor junior developers when needed.

What This Role Is NOT

Not a client-facing consulting role.
Not limited to frontend-only or backend-only development.
Not a support or maintenance-only position.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with microservices and distributed architectures.
Exposure to containerization tools such as Docker.
Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jasmine, Karma).
Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization.
