The candidate must have practical experience in embedded firmware, CCTV product architecture, cybersecurity, and certification-related technical implementation.

This is a hands-on technical role, not merely a documentation or certification coordination position.

The candidate must be able to independently examine existing CCTV products, understand their technical architecture, identify compliance gaps, and clearly communicate the corrective actions required to management and OEM partners.

3. Key ResponsibilitiesA. STQC Requirement Assessment

  • Understand applicable STQC CCTV Essential Requirements and relevant certification procedures.

  • Identify requirements that must be fulfilled internally by Bluei and those requiring OEM support.

B. OEM and Firmware Management

  • Coordinate with OEMs and chipset suppliers to obtain firmware information, SDK access, technical documents, and security support.
  • Assess existing OEM firmware for compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Identify firmware modifications and security improvements required for compliance.
  • Determine whether existing firmware can meet the applicable requirements or requires modification.
  • Coordinate firmware development, integration, testing, and corrective actions with OEMs.
  • Ensure timely availability of technical information and supporting documents from OEM partners.

C. CCTV Product Security and Cybersecurity

  • Assess firmware integrity, secure boot mechanisms, firmware updates, authentication, and access control.
  • Evaluate network security, remote access, encryption, and exposed interfaces.
  • Review device-to-cloud communication and mobile application security.
  • Assess vulnerabilities in embedded systems, firmware, and connected IoT devices.
  • Identify security gaps and coordinate corrective actions with OEMs and development teams.
  • Review cybersecurity controls across the complete CCTV product architecture.
  • Maintain records of security assessments, vulnerabilities, remediation activities, and verification results.

D. Certification and Testing

  • Prepare product-wise STQC compliance checklists.
  • Coordinate with relevant testing laboratories and certification authorities.
  • Prepare or coordinate the Technical Construction File (TCF) and supporting technical evidence, as applicable.
  • Manage security testing, technical observations, corrective actions, and retesting.
  • Ensure that required technical documents and testing evidence are available for certification.
  • Track certification progress and resolve technical issues affecting compliance.
  • Maintain controlled firmware versions, product configurations, and testing records.

E. Technical Leadership and Implementation Planning

  • Develop a complete technical implementation plan for achieving applicable STQC compliance.
  • Define product-wise technical requirements, development activities, and OEM dependencies.
  • Explain technical requirements and compliance gaps clearly to management.
  • Provide specific, actionable recommendations for firmware modifications, product improvements, and security enhancements.
  • Monitor implementation progress and ensure timely closure of technical gaps.
  • Establish a structured process for ongoing product security and compliance management.
