Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and application support for Blue Yonder systems supporting European business operations, including occasional out-of-hours support.
- Configure, administer, and maintain Blue Yonder applications, including user provisioning and access management.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot system issues to ensure service availability.
- Design, develop, maintain, and support custom software solutions and enhancements within the Blue Yonder environment.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Blue Yonder and other DAF/PACCAR enterprise systems.
- Analyze business requirements and implement functional and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, support teams, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure compliance with application security, change management, and operational support processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Knowledge & Skills REQUIRED:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, configuration, and customization of Blue Yonder (JDA) applications, particularly Demand and Fulfillment modules.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Shell Scripting/Bash
- Blue Yonder (JDA) Demand & Fulfillment Administration – Advanced
- Application Support & Troubleshooting – Advanced
- Systems Integration – Intermediate
- Experience working with Perl highly desirable
- Shell Scripting / Bash – Intermediate to Advanced
- Oracle SQL / PL-SQL – Intermediate
- Agile Methodology – Intermediate
Technical / Professional Experience Desired:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Perl scripting and support.
- Experience developing and supporting integrations between enterprise applications.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and providing application support in a business-critical environment.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
