Senior Siebel CSW and Open UI Developer

We are seeking a Senior Siebel Developer with 10+ years of hands-on Siebel CRM experience and strong expertise in configuration, scripting, workflows (CSW), and Open UI. The role will design and deliver maintainable application features, improve the user experience, and resolve complex production issues. The developer will lead technical design and guide delivery from requirements through testing and release.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Siebel business objects, business components, applets, views, screens, controls, user properties, and validation rules.

• Develop and maintain Siebel eScript, business services, workflow processes, and related automation.

• Build and support Open UI presentation models, physical renderers, manifest configuration, and UI behavior using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Translate business requirements into technical designs and estimate development effort.

• Investigate UI, workflow, scripting, and performance issues using browser tools, Siebel logs, and SQL; implement lasting fixes.

• Review code and configuration for quality, maintainability, performance, and compatibility with Siebel standards.

• Support deployments, SIT, UAT, and production releases; work with QA and business teams to close defects.

• Mentor developers and communicate technical decisions and risks clearly to stakeholders.

Required experience and skills

10+ years of Siebel CRM development experience, including substantial hands-on CSW.

Proven Open UI development skills in JavaScript, presentation models, physical renderers, manifest administration, HTML, and CSS.

Strong knowledge of Siebel Tools or Web Tools, repository configuration, the Siebel data model, eScript, business services, and workflows.

Experience debugging browser-side and server-side behavior across different environments.

Strong Oracle SQL skills and ability to troubleshoot data and application performance issues.

Ability to own complex work independently and collaborate effectively with functional, QA, integration, and release teams.

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on Siebel CRM development experience. Development experience is mandatory.

• Hands-on experience with Siebel IP16 or above; experience with the latest available release is preferred.

• Hands-on development experience across CSW (Configuration, Scripting, Workflows), EAI/EIM, Product Catalog, and Open UI is required.

Preferred experience

Hands-on experience with Siebel IP16 or above; latest available release preferred. Experience with latest Siebel IP20.x or later, telecom CRM, order management, EAI integrations, WCF UI framework and production support is an advantage.

Pay: ₹307,000.00 - ₹1,510,000.00 per year
