Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the PEB segment. Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and industrial clients. Work closely with the design, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project deliveries. Negotiate contracts, finalize orders, and ensure timely collections. Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to the management.
