Ugency is looking for confident, ambitious, and result-oriented individuals to join our sales team and help us acquire new clients for Google Ads and Digital Marketing services.

YOUR ROLE

• Identify businesses that need marketing and growth support.
• Connect with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Generate qualified business leads.
• Understand client requirements and marketing needs.
• Work closely with our team to convert prospects into Ugency clients.

EARNINGS

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000/month
• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹1,50,000+/month

Your earnings will grow with your performance and conversions.

3-ROUND SELECTION PROCESS

Our selection process is designed to understand your communication, sales ability, and business development skills.

• Sales, Business Development, or Marketing experience preferred.
• Confident, ambitious, and target-oriented individuals.
• Comfortable communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must have a personal laptop for work.
• Must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
