Job Description

Experience
- 6–8 years of overall IT experience , with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development .

Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills
- Advanced hands-on experience in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, UiPath Apps, and Modern Activities .
- Strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade RPA solutions using UiPath .
- Strong experience with REFramework is mandatory.
- Experience in Database Automation, API Automation, Document Understanding, and reusable/custom activities .
- Good programming/scripting knowledge in C#, .NET, VB/VBScript, and Java .
- Experience with UiPath Orchestrator , including deployment, scheduling, monitoring, queues, assets, and automation management.
- Experience with Action Center and Action Center Modern Activities .
- Knowledge of UiPath Test Automation is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable RPA/automation solutions .
- Create and maintain project documentation, including PDDs, User Stories, As-Is and To-Be process documents, and solution design documents .
- Provide solution design and technical recommendations to customers and stakeholders.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, customers, developers, and Operations teams throughout the automation lifecycle.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and UAT activities.
- Support customers during UAT, deployment, and rollout phases and coordinate with Operations teams for production deployment.
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for deployed automations as required.
- Follow RPA development standards, coding best practices, exception handling, logging, and reusable component development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills .
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in enterprise/client-facing RPA projects.
- Experience in mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance.
- UiPath certifications are an added advantage.
