Senior RMO - ICU

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Assess, diagnose, and initiate treatment plans for emergency and critical care cases.
• Manage ventilated patients and assist in critical care procedures.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, codes, and rapid response calls.
• Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams regarding patient management.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Interpret investigations, ECGs, ABGs, and other diagnostic reports.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control measures, and patient safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients' attendants regarding patient status and treatment plans.

Requirements

• MBBS/BAMS from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ICU, Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, or Acute Care Settings.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Experience in managing ventilators and critically ill patients.
• ACLS/BLS certification preferred.
• Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration
