Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager Investment Products Location: Noida And Gurugram Department: Investment Products Job Purpose: The Senior Relationship Manager (Sr RM) / Relationship Manager (RM) will manage the investment needs of mass affluent clients, providing tailored advice and recommending a wide range of investment products such as Mutual Funds (MF), PMS, AIF, Private Equity (PE), Bonds, Direct Equity, and Equity Advisory Services. The role is aimed at meeting AUM (Assets Under Management), revenue, and client acquisition targets, ensuring client satisfaction through customized financial solutions. Key Responsibilities: Investment Advisory: Recommend and manage a diverse portfolio of investment products (MF, PMS, AIF, PE, Bonds, Direct Equity, etc.) based on client needs, goals, and risk profiles. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed assigned AUM, client acquisition, and revenue targets within the region. Focus on driving growth by acquiring new HNI clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. Portfolio Management: Conduct periodic reviews of client portfolios, ensuring they are aligned with clients' financial objectives. Suggest adjustments based on market conditions and changing client needs. Collaboration & Relationship Building: Work closely with the branch teams for joint client meetings and foster strong, long-term relationships by providing proactive wealth management advice. Role Requirements: Educational Qualifications: Post-graduate degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales/wealth management, handling HNI clients. Experience with investment products like MF, PMS, and AIF is a plus. Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of capital markets and investment products. Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
