Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain dynamic, interactive, and responsive web applications using React.js, Redux, and other modern JavaScript libraries. - Write clean, efficient, and sustainable code following industry best practices and coding standards. - Optimize application performance for speed and scalability, ensuring seamless cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. - Lead code reviews and uphold high-quality standards within the team. - Stay abreast of the latest web development trends and technologies, incorporating them into your daily work. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end application issues to deliver a seamless user experience. - Mentor and guide junior developers to foster their growth in React development skills. - Collaborate within Agile methodologies, engaging in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. Required skills and experience: - Proven Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in React.js development. - Proficiency in React: In-depth understanding of React fundamentals, including JSX, hooks, state management, context API, and component lifecycle. - State Management: Profound experience with Redux, React Context, or other state management libraries. - JavaScript Expertise: Mastery in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and core concepts like promises, async/await, and modules. - Front-End Development: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles to ensure mobile-friendly and accessible web applications. - API Integration: Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for fetching and displaying dynamic data. - Version Control: Familiarity with Git for version control and best practices in branch management, pull requests, and code reviews. - Testing: Exposure to front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
