Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage centralized procurement operations across PAN India café outlets
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for cost optimization and efficiency
• Manage sourcing of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and consumables at scale
• Build and maintain strong vendor networks across multiple regions
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements with suppliers
• Ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted supply across all locations
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse & operations teams to avoid stock-outs
• Drive standardization of vendors, pricing, and quality across all outlets
• Analyze procurement data, pricing trends, and cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and audit requirements
• Oversee purchase order (PO) processes, invoicing, and documentation
• Collaborate with finance for budgeting, cost control, and forecasting

Requirements:

• Graduate (MBA in Supply Chain / Operations preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in café / QSR / F&B industry
• Proven experience in handling centralized or multi-location procurement
• Strong knowledge of food ingredients, packaging materials, and supply chain processes
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and inventory management & advance excel.
• Good understanding of GST, invoicing, and vendor compliance
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing procurement for multiple outlets across cities
• Strong vendor network within café / QSR / F&B ecosystem
• Understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards
• Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced procurement operations
• Strong analytical, planning, and leadership skills

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹89,000.00 per month
