Role Summary -

Key Responsbilities

• Create and upload manual purchase orders in SAP based on approved requirements and documentation
• Procure consumables and other indirect material in accordance with specifications, budgets, and approved procedures.
• Obtain vendor quotations, negotiate and prepare comparative statements covering price, quality, delivery, and commercial terms.
• Coordinate negotiations and obtain required approvals before placing orders.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely material delivery and follow up on GRNs and payments simultaneously through internal and cross functional teams
• Validate vendor bills against purchase orders, receipt records, and agreed terms.
• Resolve quantity, pricing, and documentation discrepancies with vendors, stores, and Finance.
• Maintain procurement files and track open purchase orders and pending bills.
• Be a team player in implementing SAP in Realty vertical and drive controls and strategies as per business requirements
• Vendor development identify the opportunities internally and with supplier to get the price advantage with improved lead times
• Track replenishment requirement where ever reqd and monitor the stocks and review it Sr Manager Realty before ordering
• Support procurement function to achieve their targets through negotiations, PR-PO TAT and maintaining healthy relationships with supplier

Required Skills & Competencies

• Procurement documentation and analytical skill
• Handson experience with

  SAP

  -PO creation of indirect materials

• Advanced Excel/Excel skills are mandatory

  (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dashboards, MIS formatting).
• Detail oriented prepare exhaustive comparative statements where ever reqd
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Commerce or Business Administration, or Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Procurement.
• Experience in multi entity procurement preferred.
• Strong exposure to indirect or/and construction materials
