Senior Principal Architect Healthcare & General Buildings

You will be joining AECOM's Enterprise Capabilities team as a Senior Principal Architect focused on Healthcare and general buildings in either Bangalore or Gurgaon office. The Enterprise Capabilities team plays a crucial role in AECOM's global strategy and digital adoption, partnering with regional and Global Business Line project teams to provide technical expertise and accelerate delivery. With over 3000 technical professionals located across nine countries, EC teams are entrusted to deliver high-quality, specialist services to fill capability gaps and technical constraints on projects of various scopes and sizes. **Role Overview:** - Performing basic architectural calculations. - Preparing specifications, reports, and related data tables. - Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups. - Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, independently performing advanced technical assignments. - Coordinating technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines. - Assisting in training and evaluating architectural and design/drafting personnel. - Reviewing and approving conceptual designs. - Assisting in the development of new architectural methods and techniques. **Key Responsibilities:** - A Bachelor of Architecture is required. - 8-12 years of experience in Architecture/Healthcare projects. - Experience in Middle East/US/UK projects is desirable. - Good communication skills and ability to work independently. - Proficiency in software like Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and related design software.
