Senior PMO Analyst – Banking / Payments

We are looking for 6–8 Years experienced PMO professionals to support a Dubai-based client from Chennai in a hybrid working environment.

The ideal candidates should have strong experience in project governance, planning, MIS/dashboard reporting, RAID tracking, stakeholder coordination and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project governance, planning, tracking and reporting activities.
• P.repare and maintain MIS reports, project dashboards and management presentations.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies).
• Coordinate with project managers, business teams and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify risks and escalate issues.
• Support project review meetings and follow up on action items.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in PMO / Project Management Office roles.
• Strong expertise in project governance, planning and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience in MIS, dashboard reporting and management reporting.
• Good knowledge of RAID management and project tracking.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with MS Project, Jira or Power BI is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and client-handling skills.

Preferred Domain Experience

• Experience in Banking, BFSI or Financial Services is preferred.
• Exposure to the Payments / Cards domain will be an added advantage.
• Experience in either Card Acquiring or Card Issuing is preferred. Experience in both is not mandatory.

Candidates should be comfortable working Hybrid work mode and aligning their schedule with the specified Dubai-based working hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
