Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain top-tier playable ads to set engagement and performance benchmarks. - Define methodologies and implement reusable systems to enhance production workflows. - Mentor junior developers and offer technical guidance to mid-level developers. - Collaborate with artists, designers, and UA teams to enhance creative effectiveness. - Proactively identify and address technical issues, contributing to architectural and pipeline decisions. - Optimize efficiency and performance to enhance profitability. - Maintain documentation, performance testing, and QA processes. Requirements: - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and modern browser-based game engines. - Experience in developing performant, scalable HTML5 games or ads across platforms. - Knowledge of C++ and Unity is a plus. - Demonstrated mentorship and leadership skills. - Strong understanding of ad performance metrics like CTR, IPM, etc. - Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to quality and detail. - Must be based in Bangalore office with on-site presence required 5 days a week.,
