About the Role

We are looking for an experienced PPC Head to lead our performance marketing team, manage paid advertising campaigns, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have prior digital marketing agency experience, strong communication skills, and expertise in E-commerce and Quick Commerce campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Develop strategies to drive sales, leads, conversions, and improve ROAS.
• Manage advertising budgets, campaign optimisation, and performance targets.
• Handle and mentor the performance marketing team.
• Manage client communication, campaign reviews, and performance presentations.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Implement and monitor tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
• Conduct competitor research and identify new growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
• Mandatory experience working with a digital marketing agency.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience handling E-commerce and Quick Commerce campaigns.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of ROAS, CPL, CPA, budgeting, and campaign optimisation.
• Strong analytical and client management skills.
