- Client seeks a senior, hands-on ORO Labs specialist to join the Enterprise Applications CLM / ORO Engineering Team for six months.
- The person will own and enhance configurations and integrations in the ORO Labs procurement orchestration platform, understand business workflows end-to-end, and help Client transition platform knowledge and operational ownership from its existing vendor.
- This is a technical delivery role with meaningful functional responsibilities, not a pure functional consulting role and not a PHP/Symfony application development vacancy.
What will you be doing?
- ORO Labs platform delivery and technical ownershipConfigure, build, test and enhance procurement intake forms, orchestration workflows, approval rules, routing, business logic and related platform capabilities in ORO Labs.
- Understand the existing ORO Labs solution, environments, configuration, data objects, security roles, integrations, operational dependencies and deployment/change processes.
- Design and implement maintainable changes using supported ORO Labs platform configuration, workflow builders and integration capabilities; identify when vendor-supported extensibility is necessary.
- Troubleshoot failed requests, approval routing, configuration issues, data mapping, access issues and integration failures; coordinate root-cause analysis and fixes.
- Support release management, SIT/UAT, production deployments, monitoring, incident resolution and regression testing.
- Review vendor designs, configuration changes, implementation estimates, testing evidence and release plans.
ORO Labs functional / procurement orchestration expertise:
- Translate Procurement, Legal, Finance, Risk, Security and business requirements into practical ORO Labs intake and orchestration solutions.
- Understand intake-to-procure, supplier onboarding, contract intake, approval and exception workflows and how ORO Labs coordinates work across systems.
- Distinguish standard ORO Labs capabilities and configuration from integration or customisation requirements.
- Facilitate discovery, story refinement, acceptance criteria, solution walkthroughs, UAT and demonstrations.
- Support functional troubleshooting and improve requester and approver experience.
Enterprise integrations:
- Map and support ORO Labs integrations with enterprise procurement, CLM, ERP, identity and other systems used by Client.
- Understand API-based integration patterns, authentication, data mapping, error handling, retries, logging and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with integration specialists (including MuleSoft where applicable) and relevant platform teams
- Document system boundaries, dependencies, data ownership and operational support paths.
Vendor transition and internal capability building:
- Lead structured knowledge-transfer sessions with the current ORO Labs vendor and capture key design and operational decisions.
- Independently assess vendor proposals, delivery estimates, platform configuration and integration designs.
- Build and maintain solution documentation, configuration inventories, integration maps, troubleshooting guides and support runbooks.
- Coach Client engineers and progressively take ownership of selected changes, incidents and platform operations.
- Recommend an operating model that retains vendor expertise where appropriate while reducing day-to-day dependency.
Pay: Up to ₹4,500,000.00 per year
