About the Role

Namhya Foods is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and streamline end-to-end D2C operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing e-commerce operations, warehouse processes, order fulfillment, and cost optimization while taking complete ownership of operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end D2C operations across multiple sales channels.
• Oversee order processing, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
• Work extensively on platforms like EasyCom and UniCommerce.
• Take complete ownership of operational cost centres and drive cost optimization.
• Coordinate with warehouse, customer support, procurement, finance, and marketplace teams.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure timely replenishment.
• Ensure timely dispatch of orders while maintaining high service levels.
• Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports for management.
• Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners and ensure SLA compliance.
• Handle escalations related to operations and ensure quick resolution.

• Reconciliation

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in D2C/E-commerce Operations.
• Hands-on experience with EasyCom, UniCommerce, or similar OMS/WMS software.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment.
• Experience in handling operational budgets and cost centres.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, Food, Consumer Goods, or D2C brands.
• Familiarity with marketplace operations such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
