Job Description: Senior Okta IAM Engineer responsible for engineering and automating identity services, enterprise integrations and identity security controls, including AI agent and non human identity security. Key Responsibilities . Design, configure and manage Okta IAM, including SSO, MFA, Adaptive Authentication, Lifecycle Management and access policies. . Develop automated Joiner Mover Leaver (JML) and identity lifecycle processes. . Build and maintain integrations with Active Directory, Entra ID, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP IDM, ServiceNow and SaaS applications. . Implement SCIM, SAML, OAuth/OIDC and API based integrations. . Develop automation using Okta Workflows, Okta APIs, REST APIs and webhooks. . Implement identity governance, access reviews, entitlement management and B2B identity controls. . Support PAM/JIT access, privileged identity controls and suspicious activity detection. . Implement identity DevOps practices including Git, CI/CD, version control, peer review and automated deployment. . Integrate Okta with ServiceNow, CrowdStrike and security/SOC platforms. . Support Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) and proactive identity risk remediation. . Implement identity controls for AI agents and non human identities, including onboarding, access governance and decommissioning. . Support AI security controls across AI tools, agents, MCP integrations and sensitive data access. . Troubleshoot complex authentication, provisioning, integration and access issues. . Contribute to automation, technical documentation, POCs and continuous improvement. Mandatory Skills . 7–12 years of experience in IAM / Identity Security / Cybersecurity. . Strong hands on experience with Okta in enterprise environments. . Expertise in SSO, MFA, Adaptive Authentication, Lifecycle Management, Universal Directory and access policies. . Strong experience with Okta integrations, APIs and Workflows. . Experience integrating Okta with AD, Entra ID, SAP, ServiceNow and SaaS applications. . Strong knowledge of SCIM, SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OIDC. . Experience with REST APIs, webhooks and scripting. . Experience with Git, CI/CD, automation and DevOps practices. . Knowledge of IGA, access governance, entitlement management and PAM. . Practical understanding of AI security, AI agent identity and non human identity management. . Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills. Good to Have . Okta Certified Administrator / Professional / Consultant. . Okta Identity Engine / Okta Workflows experience. . Entra ID Governance / ISPM experience. . ServiceNow IAM/SecOps and CrowdStrike integrations. . Python / PowerShell scripting. . Experience with AI agents, GenAI and MCP security. . CISSP / CCSP certification. Behavioural Competencies
