Senior Officer Finance

Role & responsibilities

To lead and manage cost accounting, budgeting, variance analysis and financial planning activities to support data driven decision making and profitability improvement in a manufacturing environment.

1. Strong knowledge of cost accounting standards, budgeting and profitability analysis.

2. Bill of Material preparation, cost computation & analysis (material, labor, overhead).

3. Data support for preparation of Annual budgets, Rolling forecasts and Long term plans.

4. Data Support & analysis for Management decision making.

5. Collaborate with cross functional teams for cost grasping and profitability improvement.

6. Location Transition: Initially based at Bidadi plant; after 1-2 years, relocate to CSN Maharashtra plant to support operations there.

3) Functional competencies required to perform this job:

1. Familiar with manufacturing industry process (preferably automobile)

2. Strong knowledge of costing techniques, costing principles and Accounting.

3. Proficient in preparing cost sheets, variance analysis and Budgeting.

4. Hands-on experience in Excel, PowerBI, ERP (SAP preferred) skills.

5. Analytical thinking with effective communication and reporting abilities.

6. Strong attention to detail, proactive problem solving, effective collaboration and time management skills.

7. Willingness to relocate (Bidadi initially, CSN Maharashtra after 1-2 years).
