Position: Senior .NET Developer & Application Support (L3)

Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer & Application Support (L3) to develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and support enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong .NET development expertise, advanced debugging and problem-solving skills, and experience handling L3 production support and critical incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using .NET technologies.
• Provide L3 application support and resolve complex production issues.
• Troubleshoot application failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system stability and availability.
• Work with databases, APIs, integrations, and application logs to identify and resolve issues.
• Handle incident management, problem management, and change requests.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and follow support processes and SLAs.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in C#, .NET / .NET Core
• ASP.NET, Web API, and REST APIs
• SQL Server, SQL queries, and stored procedures
• Application debugging and performance tuning
• L3 production support and incident management
• Root cause analysis and problem resolution
• Application monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
• Git, deployment processes, and CI/CD knowledge
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Candidate Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in .NET development and application support.
• Hands-on experience in handling complex production issues and L3 support.
• Strong development, debugging, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Willingness to work from the Sholinganallur, Chennai office.
• Must be comfortable working the 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST night shift.
• Candidates should be open to a possible transition to the day shift after approximately 1.5 years.

Compensation

₹18–25 LPA, depending on experience and technical proficiency.
