Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio Developer / Solution Architect to lead the design, build, deployment, and governance of enterprise AI agents, autonomous assistants, and generative workflows.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of our enterprise Generative AI initiatives, bridging business needs and technical implementation across the Microsoft ecosystem. You will architect robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns, configure custom Copilot Studio agents, and enforce enterprise-grade security and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) controls.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Agent & Conversational Development: Design, configure, test, and deploy enterprise Copilot Studio agents, custom topics, triggers, instructions, actions, and knowledge sources.
- Data Grounding & RAG: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns connecting agents securely to enterprise data sources, including SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph API, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Workflow Automation & Integration: Build robust end-to-end automations using Power Automate cloud flows, Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), custom REST APIs, Azure Functions, and PowerShell scripts.
- Security, Governance & DLP: Establish comprehensive environment strategies, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, Microsoft Entra ID authentication, OAuth standards, and tenant-wide compliance controls.
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM): Manage CI/CD deployment pipelines, solution packaging, multi-environment migrations (Dev/Test/Prod), and version control via Git.
- Stakeholder & Roadmap Leadership: Partner closely with business units, Risk, Cyber, and Legal teams to define success metrics, execute Proofs of Concept (POCs), and mentor internal developer teams.
Required & Preferred QualificationsTechnical Experience & Core Skills:
- Experience Floor: 8+ years of professional experience in IT, application development, or technical consulting.
- Copilot Studio Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio (including legacy Power Virtual Agents).
- Power Platform Proficiency: Strong command of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Pro-Code & Cloud Extensions: Experience integrating Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI, Python, or Microsoft Graph/REST APIs to extend agent capabilities.
- Data & Integration Stack: Proven capability connecting enterprise data lakes, SharePoint, and Microsoft Fabric to conversational AI agents.
Core Competencies & Soft Skills:
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to interface with cross-functional leadership (Legal, Risk, Cyber).
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale deployments in a global delivery or hybrid work model.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
