Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and result-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in business development, client relationship management, sales strategies, and marketing, preferably within the Exhibition, Events, Stall Design & Fabrication Industry.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, acquiring clients, and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies.
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Manage client meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and industry events.
• Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Handle key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and business meetings.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and client relationship management abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales and corporate client acquisition.
