Team Leadership

• Lead the procurement team.
• Assign project-wise responsibilities and monitor performance.
• Train the team on procurement documentation, vendor management, negotiation, and compliance.
• Ensure the team follows standardized processes across all projects.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Reduction in procurement cost across projects.
• Vendor credit period improvement.
• Reduction in vendor advances.
• Timely issuance of POs and material delivery adherence to TAT.
• Accuracy and completeness of project-wise TDS and documentation.
• Successful shift to online payments within the planned timeline.
• Efficiency in stores management and availability of required materials.
