Production and Customer Planning

Import Electronics Components with volume size like 500 CR and above

• Convert customer schedules into production, material and dispatch plans.
• Prepare and monitor MPS and daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
• Review plan versus actual and ensure recovery of production shortfalls.
• Ensure customer delivery and prevent avoidable line stoppages or premium freight.

Material and Capacity Planning

• Plan all PCB and electronic components alongwith mechnical components
• Monitor domestic, imported, long-lead and critical materials.
• Review machine, manpower, tooling and supplier capacity.
• Identify and close capacity constraints with relevant departments and suppliers.

Inventory and Cost Control

• Control RM, WIP, FG, imported and non-BOM inventory.
• Ensure physical stock matches SAP inventory.
• Conduct cycle counts, investigate variances and implement corrective actions.
• Reduce excess, slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
• Control overheads, inventory-carrying costs and premium freight.

Systems and Team Management

• Ensure compliance with PPC procedures, SAP controls and audit requirements.
• Implement dashboards and automation using SAP, Power Query and Power BI.

• Special Focus Areas - Electronics Monitoring:

  Closely monitor PCB, semiconductor and other critical or long-lead electronic components.

• Inventory Accuracy:

  Eliminate physical versus SAP stock variance through cycle counting and transaction controls.

• Plan Adherence:

  Improve production-plan reliability and ensure timely recovery of shortfalls.

• Delivery Risk Management:

  Establish early-warning and escalation mechanisms for material and customer-delivery risks.

• Planning Digitization:

  Automate manual reports and develop exception-based planning dashboards.
