Description
As a Senior Manager in the Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging your industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. Located in Bengaluru, BDC10A, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute technology transformation strategies, oversee implementation projects, and optimize digital capabilities for business efficiency. The Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice, a part of Accenture Strategy, focuses on clients" most strategic priorities, helping them achieve growth and efficiency through innovative R&D transformation using agile methodologies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with key global clients, driving end-to-end transformative strategic value and business growth. As a part of the high-performing team, you will proactively guide enterprise leaders, product managers, product owners, and distributed product delivery teams through transformation and optimization initiatives. This includes supporting the formulation of business strategy, outcomes, and capabilities to achieve targeted business outcomes related to revenue growth, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and sustainability. Key responsibilities include facilitating alignment between business and IT, engaging stakeholders, adapting to changing business and operating models, analyzing trends and disruptions, visualizing the future state, and supporting various operating models such as project-centric and product-centric. Additionally, you will communicate the value of enterprise architecture, drive the evolution of EA team services and operating models, and coach and mentor other architects, product owners/managers, and business stakeholders. Your role as an Enterprise Architect will require competencies across four key dimensions, including supporting the formulation of strategy, connecting strategy to execution, building and maintaining relationships, enabling value-based messaging, orchestrating the delivery of business outcomes, supporting solution design and delivery, and demonstrating strong professional and technical skills. To qualify for this role, you should possess relevant experience in the required domain, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A master's or bachelor's degree in a related field of study along with 10 or more years of business experience is preferred. In addition to technical skills such as knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and SOA, you should have a functional understanding of end-to-end CPG value chain/capabilities, experience with digital transformations within the CPG industry, and deep experience in capability groups such as Consumer (Marketing), Customer (Sales), Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. As a trusted thought leader with excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills, you will collaborate with business and IT leaders, navigate obstacles, and drive the organization's digital business strategies. You should be comfortable working with business executives, innovative, vendor- and technology-neutral, and composed in the face of opposition to architectural principles.
