Job Title : Senior Manager - PMO Job Location : Hyderabad / Mohali Experience : 11 - 15 years A PMO (Project Management Office) manager is responsible for overseeing projects and programs to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard. They also manage the PMO team and processes. Key Responsibilities : Project management: Oversee project development, planning, and execution Resource management: Forecast resource demand, identify gaps, and develop resource plans Financial management: Track project budgets, perform financial analysis, and provide financial reports Governance: Establish and maintain governance for delivery, including roles, responsibilities, and accountability Risk management: Identify and resolve issues that could delay projects Stakeholder management: Liaise with senior management, stakeholders, and project teams Team management: Recruit and manage PMO resources, coach and develop project managers Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT, with substantial expertise in project management and process consultancy. Proven track record of managing IT projects using Agile methodologies and Scrum processes. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and excellent leadership skills.
