Senior Manager -Gross to Net (GTN)

• Leading the GTN CoE team - responsible for managing customer claims related to Chargebacks, Rebates, Shelf-stock, Pricing, FTS, Sales Returns, Medicaid and other types of deductions
• Partner with US business teams to secure maximum recoveries / paybacks from customers
• Driving and enhancing the process by identifying improvement opportunities, creating customer practices, process documents etc.
• Anchor Digitalisation projects across GTN processes through various tool and techniques like RPA, Al, Vistex etc.
• Ensure customer claims and credits are processed with accuracy and within timelines by the team.
• Review the claim validation workings and provide approvals as per the policy
• Chargebacks, Rebates & Medicaid - Review errors, non-routine claims from the customer / states and provide resolution to maximize the value.
• Sales Returns - Identifying improvement opportunities for reducing Sales Returns credits through analytics and providing business insights
• Receivables management - Ensuring no unexplained overdue receivables for more than 30 days. Additionally, ensuring continuous improvement in DSO
• AR Deductions and Dispute management:
  • Review & monitor team activities related to AR Deductions and dispute management, ensure disputes are raised by shared service team on a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide necessary guidance to team on the disputes pending with customers
  • Identify/Arrest revenue leakage areas, look for possibilities of recovery & ensuring process correction, wherever possible, there by securing paybacks for the organization
  • Align & influence internal stake holders, customers and states to successfully secure paybacks
  
  

• Team Productivity improvement:
  • Motivating & keeping the team members engaged by providing a platform for self-development, job rotation & training programs
  • Identify training needs, guide & mentor the team members.
  • Ensuring all the digital and learning capabilities are improved
