Purpose of this Role:

Drive data-led decision-making, digital adoption, user engagement, and continuous improvement of TheTeacherApp. Translate platform usage, teacher behaviour, CRM data, and user feedback into actionable insights that improve adoption, retention, learning-resource utilisation, and teacher experience.

• Data Analytics & MIS: Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and KPIs to track registrations, active users, engagement, retention, course completion, and content utilisation. Identify trends, data gaps, and performance variations to support management decisions.
• User Behaviour & Insights: Analyse user journeys, feature adoption, content preferences, and engagement patterns. Identify onboarding drop-offs, inactive users, and adoption barriers; recommend targeted interventions.
• Customer Success & Digital Engagement: Design and monitor strategies for onboarding, activation, repeat usage, re-engagement, and retention. Evaluate campaign effectiveness using measurable engagement and conversion indicators.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional teams

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/postgraduate degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in data analytics in ed-tech space
• Experience in dashboard development, user behaviour analysis, CRM reporting, and data-driven intervention planning.
Experience with digital platforms like Mo-engage, Google Analytics, Meta

• Advanced MS Excel, including data cleaning, Pivot Tables, and analytical reporting.
• Working knowledge of Tableau, or equivalent visualisation tools.
• Understanding of CRM tools
• Experience with CRM systems, campaign analytics, user segmentation, and lifecycle tracking.
• Familiarity with Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, or equivalent product analytics tools; understanding of funnels, cohorts, retention, and user journeys.
