Role Summary
The Senior Manager is the face of our client in Bengaluru. You will represent the company to architects, designers, builders and high-profile clients, present our products with confidence, and make sure every project is delivered exactly as sampled and approved. You will also lead the on-ground team and manage labour allocation across sites.
Key Responsibilities
Representing the company
- Visit clients and architects, represent Client's finishes, flooring and systems, and explain products and applications clearly.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers and key clients, including prominent public figures, business leaders and celebrities.
- Carry and present samples; take responsibility for getting samples approved by architects and clients.
- Get project budgets and quotations approved by the client.
Managing delivery
- Lead the team, including site supervisors and application labour, and allocate labour across sites.
- Follow up with labour teams to confirm they have reached sites on time and are working on track.
- Check on site that work is being done as per the approved sample.
- Verify that all materials are delivered properly and in full.
- Follow up consistently with clients, architects and the team until each project is closed out.
- Report on progress, approvals and issues to management.
Requirements
- Education: Degree minimum. Interior Design education or Engineering (Civil preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in interiors, building materials, finishes or project execution; team-handling experience preferred.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English; confident, polished and professional in front of senior clients and public figures. Kannada and Hindi are an advantage.
- Presentation: Well-groomed, articulate and with strong executive presence.
- Skills: Product presentation, client negotiation, site quality checking, labour and resource planning, follow-up discipline
- Must have: Comfortable travelling across the city for client meetings and site visits

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
