The Role

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

• Manage account planning and demand planning activities.
• Monitor supply and demand across requisitions and account headcount.
• Drive MBRs and QBRs through reporting, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Identify trends, risks, and early warning indicators and communicate insights to delivery teams.
• Review productivity, spans, layers, and alignment with commercial business documents.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, reporting enhancements, and innovation projects.
• Partner with Client Services teams to develop and execute continuous improvement plans.
• Understand contractual obligations, commercial models, and business impacts.
• Support P&L management, forecasting, revenue, margin, and EBITDA tracking.
• Ensure SLA and KPI adherence.
• Monitor legislative or regulatory changes impacting service delivery and account operations

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience hiring or working within Business Operations leadership functions.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret contracts, commercial models, and financial impacts.
• Experience with reporting, forecasting, demand planning, and operational governance.
• Understanding of process improvement, automation, AI, and innovation initiatives.
• Strong storytelling capability with data and business insights.
• Ability to quickly ramp up and support a newly implemented account.
