SENIOR LEAD ANALYST - ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Years of Experience: 5-7 years

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and improve model performance.
• Conduct experiments to validate model effectiveness and iterate based on feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.
• Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying machine learning solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with deep learning techniques and neural networks.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in machine learning and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
