Senior Land Surveyor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage survey teams on various projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables. 2. Conduct field surveys, including boundary, topographic, and construction surveys. 3. Process and analyze survey data using software such as Autodesk, Trimble Business Center or similar softwares and ArcGIS. 4. Prepare and review survey maps, reports, and other documents for accuracy and completeness. 5. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables. 6. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and precision of survey work. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve survey processes and deliverables. 8. Mentor and train junior survey staff, promoting professional development and agrowth within the team. 9. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Requirement 1. Professional Surveyor (PS) license or ability to obtain within 6 months. 2. Minimum 10 years of experience in land surveying, with a focus on survey project management and data processing 4. Proficient in survey software, including Autodesk Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and ArcGIS. 5. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. 8. Willingness and ability to travel to project sites
