Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Perform daily sample testing, report verification, interpretation, and critical value reporting.
  • Ensure quality compliance through QC, EQAS, documentation, RCA, and quality indicator monitoring.
  • Maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and validate laboratory instruments, reagents, and new tests.
  • Train laboratory staff on instruments, SOPs, and quality procedures.
  • Manage LIS validation, data entry, dashboards, MIS reporting, and laboratory records.
  • Oversee sample storage, outsourcing, inventory management, biomedical waste compliance, and duty rosters.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 15189, NABL guidelines, and support new lab setup and accreditation activities.
